We had an issue with the pool, being drained out the days that we booked, and when we told them about it, they were very accommodating, and gave us a percentage back of our money. Our party booked both an apartment and suite. Both were spacious and comfortable. The lobby was clean and inviting. The hotel is right off the Plaza Espana and close to squares, shops and restaurants. Also a short walk or bus ride from the train station so very easy to get around. We were very happy with this selection and we would stay here again. There is a mini bar in the lobby stocked with water and soft drinks that are free to guests. Snacks are also provided.

Excellent location in the old town, close to Caleta beach and many restaurants, but very quiet at the same time. Extremaly clean and comfortable. Room cleaning was provided every 4th day free of charge. The terrace on the second level offers a nice view over the town roofs, and is perfect for enjoying the morning coffee or tanning in the comfortable sun beds. Simply, there's no one negative thing to say about this accomodation!
