Françoise is a very kind, available and lovely person, and discreet at the same time. She welcomed us so well, gave us lots of tips for our stay. The breakfast she prepared for us was great. The house is cute, nicely decorated, with enough space for all and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet, residential and 10 min from the city center. It was easy to find a place to park our car. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend the place and be back!

The location was perfect, right next door to the beautiful lake and very short walk to all the services. The inside was beautiful with so many lovely details. There was parking right next to the property. Soundproofing was amazing, we did not hear a thing. The owners were so friendly and kind! Very good value for money and such a good base for exploring Brittany. Absolutely perfect in every way :)

Well-equipped apartment with parking garage. Very clean and bright. Quiet location also at night. The port of Perros-Guirec as well as the GR34 are within walking distance (10-15min). Excellent patisserie very close by. Good and easy communication with the owners. Easy check-in via key box.

Excellent space in garage for bikes. Very helpful host. The appartment is bigger than the photos suggested. Facilities were great, the shower lovely!

Rental for 4 adults (parents with 2 young adults) in early April. Everything was just perfect. 🌸 Kitchen very well equipped for preparing your own meals. The bedding sets were fresh and comfortable. The sofa bed is of high quality and perfectly suited for 2 adults (each had their own conforter, which is extremely nice!). ☀️ Sandrine, the owner is super kind, reactive, and very helpful. She gave us valuable information before we arrived so that we could organize ourselves accordingly. We loved the place and the location. We would definitely recommend it to anyone! 😀
