Myriam is excellent at her job and is an absolute natural at it-- so sincerely kind and attentive. She is very reliable and for me she epitomizes the energy of Yuna! :) I also had the great fortune to meet Sam, who was equally so very naturally kind and went out of his way to make our lives easier. He, too, embodied for us the warm and thoughtful welcome of Yuna. :)

From the moment we arrived, the *reception staff* greeted us with warm smiles and were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The *housekeeping team* did an excellent job — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The *location* is fantastic — quiet yet very accessible, with a *supermarket nearby*, and great public transport links just a few minutes away. It made getting to central Paris very easy. The *room* was modern, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with all the *appliances* we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location was perfect - it was a quiet area, yet very close to the metro and important sites. We loved the little Eiffel keyrings they gave us as a gift. The flat had everything we needed during our stay and was well equipped. They put attention to small details such as printing out a detailed instruction book to use the washing machine and tumble dryer. They also provided extra washing powder and dishwasher tablets that were very helpful. We loved our stay!
