Located a 15-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Studios Floreal offers modern self-catering accommodation, 1.5 km from Nice Old Town. Outstanding location, very close to train station if you want to travel to Monaco or Cannes or go to the promenade to the beach. With plenty of cafes around to buy some meal or bakery. The building is decent and clean with nice quiet neighbors. The room is small, as a usual studio, yet spacy enough for 1-2 people on vacation.

La Maison Lamartine provides accommodation with free WiFi in Nice city centre, a 5-minute walk away from Nice-Ville Train Station and Jean Médecin Tram Stop. The staff was incredible and did everything to go the extra mile. Very friendly and helpful indeed. We loved the building and the room. It was great to have a small area for cooking as always eating out can be a little tiresome and maybe one or two days you might want to cook your favorite meal without going out. The location was great. Not in the busiest streets but still so close to everything you want to visit.

The hostess, Catherine, is simply exceptional — always available, always ready to help with anything, and full of kindness and attention to detail. She made us feel not like guests, but like part of something special. The entire property is immaculately clean, with beautiful, thoughtful touches everywhere. The design is elegant and deeply French — everything from the furniture to the color palette reflects a refined and tasteful aesthetic. It’s clear that every corner was created with love and intention. The service is outstanding — attentive, yet discreet. You truly feel that people genuinely care about your comfort and experience. Mornings were a delight, especially with fresh croissants and artisan jam from a local bakery in Saint-Tropez — a small but beautiful detail that sums up the entire philosophy of the place. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to stay at Villa Romana. It exceeded all expectations, and I already can’t wait to return. Merci infiniment, and see you soon!

Convenient location with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The place seems recently renovated, so everything feels quite new. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room size is perfect for a family of three and includes all the essentials. A great choice for families with one or two kids.

Florence is an excellent host and takes really good care of her guests. Comfortable bed, little garden outside the apartments is lovely. The beach is 5 minutes walk away.

We had an amazing apartment with all the comforts of a high-class hotel. A small, perfectly designed and equipped kitchen. An extremely comfortable bed. Excellent location near the old city. Simply a pleasure.

The accommodation is right in the heart of Cannes. It has good air conditioning (and heating if you run cold), and has all of the equipment you need. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay again.
