The studio was immaculate, like new. The kitchen had everything one would need and even condiments, oil, washing up liquid and a brand new sponge. Literally everything anyone could need in the whole studio had been thought of and provided. My wife and I were extremely impressed. The views from the 4th floor over the canal were beautiful and shops and eateries were just a few steps away. Perfectly located for concerts at Zenith La Villette - just a flat 8 min walk along the canalside. The secure underground car parking was very much appreciated. We have already recommended it to a number of our friends and neighbours.

Apartment wa very very clean and the host + his mother were super nice when I did laundry & it did not dry in time. Will absolutely stay again! Very close to the metro & walking distance to the 19th.

We stayed here for one night as a family of 5, before traveling back to Canada. We arrived quite late (1:00am) and the host kindly waited for us and showed us around their accommodation. This place was immaculate. Very comfortable beds, and the pull-out couch was prepared for our arrival. We were also so grateful for the Breakfast Provided. The owner also offered to drive us to and from the airport for a very reasonable fee. Thank you for hosting us!

Will be back again if I m travelling to Paris.

We didn't travel with a car but having a parking space is a plus. Facilities were great and we would gladly come back.
