Michel the host was incredibly helpful and communication was easy and rapid. The studio was immaculate, like new. The kitchen had everything one would need and even condiments, oil, washing up liquid and a brand new sponge. Literally everything anyone could need in the whole studio had been thought of and provided. My wife and I were extremely impressed. The views from the 4th floor over the canal were beautiful and shops and eateries were just a few steps away. Perfectly located for concerts at Zenith La Villette - just a flat 8 min walk along the canalside. The secure underground car parking was very much appreciated. We have already recommended it to a number of our friends and neighbours.

We stayed here for one night as a family of 5, before traveling back to Canada. We arrived quite late (1:00am) and the host kindly waited for us and showed us around their accommodation. This place was immaculate. Very comfortable beds, and the pull-out couch was prepared for our arrival. We were also so grateful for the Breakfast Provided. The owner also offered to drive us to and from the airport for a very reasonable fee. Thank you for hosting us!

I drive from UK to Paris, parking my car here and go into the city by public transport. The apartment is clean with basic kitchen utensil. Overall it's neat and tidy. Everything was perfect when we arrived. The apartment was very clean and the photos are 100% accurate. We didn't travel with a car but having a parking space is a plus. Facilities were great and we would gladly come back.
