Set in an historical industrial building, The Resident Liverpool offers modern rooms with kitchenettes. With free Wi-Fi and HD TVs, the hotel is located in the vibrant RopeWalks district. Location(could easily walk to sights/activities), but was in a relatively quiet area. Found the property to be fresh and clean. We chose a small room as it suited our needs but were surprised how it was so well organized and appointed. In addition to a fridge, there were some plates, glasses and cutlery as well as coffee and tea. Staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. We even received a thank you card from the staff. Nice touch. My spouse was awake early so went to lobby. Although no coffee there, they got him one.

Centrally located in a lively part of the city centre surrounded by bars & restaurants. The staff were very accommodating and the apartment was modern and well equipped. The location's great, easy walk to shops, bars, Albert Dock etc. And parking available at cheaper cost than the parking building opposite.

In the heart of Liverpool's city centre, the luxury Posh Pads (Liverpool 1) Apart-Hotel is just metres from Liverpool ONE. It was right in the middle of town. Close to restaurants, shops and all the nightlife. Just a couple blocks from the waterfront. Also had all the amenities of being at home.

At first view we were a bit skeptical as the outside of the property didn’t look so good (needs painting) but once we went into the apartment we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nicely renovated and very clean. It has everything you could possibly need.

Lyndsay (the host) is very friendly and helpful even found me a last minute ticket for the LFC game. overall money well spend.
