The Lawrance Luxury Serviced Apartments are air conditioned and all come with a cosy lounge area with a sofa and HDTV. The modern kitchens include a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. I give this property a 10 in every aspect. It's a modern, luxurious apartment, it really makes for a perfect experience in York. It's walking distance from the busiest parts of town, so it's very easy to move around, but the place is so wonderful that you might want to spend more time inside! The bed was really comfy, the bathrooms (2) were very clean, and spacious. There is a TV in the bedroom as well as in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals, and the supermarket is a few blocks away. I would definitely stay here again, and I can't recommend it enough to anyone who wants a truly luxurious experience in York.

Each apartment at The Lawrance features an open-plan living area with fabulous, modern decor including hand-printed wallpaper and laminate wood flooring. All kitchens are modern and come fully-equipped with microwave and/ or oven, hobs for cooking and a refrigerator. It was stunning and unexpected, decor very funky, bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in

Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. The accommodation offers a fireplace. It was a treat to stay in this charming beautifully decorated apartment. The bedroom for me is the star of the apartment. Ample space for your bags with a nice view from the stunning bay window. Our host provided plenty of check in information and was prompt with replying to our questions. The apartment is located right in the heart of flowergate but is down a little lane therefore there was no noise. It was brilliant being amongst the buzz of town with restaurants, bars and vintage shops. A perfect stay while visiting Whitby.

You couldn’t be disappointed with a stay at fairy tale college. Superb.

Towels and bed linen are featured in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area. This is a very well presented property and very well equiped. Myself, wife and three children spent a short time at the house and loved it. It’s a shame we only had limited time there. The property owner was very easy to talk to … all round lovely place.
