Kazbegi. The proximity to major hiking locations is great, as well as the convenience of some shops nearby. The cottage itself was super clean and very well equipped to do some cooking and relaxing yourself. We very much hope to come back one day!

Guests can enjoy an ambient stay in their soundproof room with parquet floors and a fireplace. The property has an outdoor dining area. 5 star amenities and everything including the paper towel was top quality. The projector was a cherry on top. Has a small kitchen and utensils although we didn’t cook as we stayed only for one night. Host is super nice. They live close by and were very helpful and didn’t bother us for the payment or check out timings. We also requested them to drop us to the city center and they did.

We’ve stayed in Arsha View last summer and we have been mesmerised by the warm welcome and great accomodations! This time it was all the same, but with mountains covered with snow and twinkling lights on the small firs. The house was warm, we had enough blankets to cover the entire place, also no problem with hot water or any electrical supplies. All in all - best New Years ever!

Amazing view over the mountains and Trinity Church. The cabin is situated high on the other valley hill, so it is over the roofs of the town. The cabin is a nice size gor 4 people.

The Cottage was huge, super clean, comfortable and has all the listed amenities. My family liked it as well, the view was amazing and breathtaking.
