Excellent accommodation! 10/10! Everything feels brand new and modern. Everything works perfectly and the apartment is incredibly comfortable. Location is great too, only a short walk to the main areas in Tbilisi and to lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The view from the terrace is so nice as well. Also the owners are very friendly, nice and helpful! They even gave us some of their own really tasty wine! Overall the place was so great we extended our stay to stay much longer.

The admin Sargy is such a nice, kind and interesting person. The price is pretty good for the facilities offered. From the get-go, you’re given information about where to eat, how to navigate the city, where to buy essentials and so on. The internet works well and the beds are well maintained. I am returning again for the rest of my remaining days in Tbilisi :)

The place was fantastic, with a beautiful scenic view, clean rooms with clean sheets and close to Trinity Church. The owner provided exceptional service and made sure everything was perfect. We'll definitely book the same place when we go back to Georgia.

It was an amazing hotel located in a more quiet area of the city. It takes you about 20 minutes by foot to get to the old part of the city. However, it is also very easy (and cheap) to get around by Bolt. There are many taxi’s available. I also want to mention that there is such a hospitality and friendliness in the mentality, I was completely amazed and pleasantly surprised. Victoria (the hotel owner) made sure that I had everything I needed. She also sends you all kinds of information when you check in so you can easily find your way in the city. Any other questions she is happy to help you. I am a solo female traveler and I felt perfectly safe in the area as well as in the rest of the city. No need to worry and everyone is ready to help you if you ask. It is also very easy to book all kinds of tours from Tblisi to the other parts of the country. In the end I stayed 10 days at the hotel for this reason.
