We had a wonderful experience staying here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful—always available whenever we needed anything. She took the time to explain everything about Oia and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth trip. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling – they really made us feel at home. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Everything was just great. We’d love to come back!

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. This is an amazing hotel. The best people work here. The care and willingness to help in any situation make it possible to relax without worries. The loyalty to guests is incredible! I recommend it!

Perfect for a relaxing vacation, our accommodation exceeded all our expectations, it was very clean, modern and beautiful. We were pleasantly impressed by the large bathroom with two showers and two washbasins, a perfect solution for a two-bedroom apartment for 4 people. Our return flight is late at night, and check-out before 11:00, but we were kindly allowed to leave our bags in the luggage room and also allowed to stay on the hotel territory to spend time at the outdoor pool, as well as the use of shower and restroom. We will definitely come back again, thank you 🥰

I have dust allergy so the clean was so important to me! they have clean service every day, the pool was cool and they cleaned everyday also. The view was unbelievable! you can see the Sea when you swim in your private pool. Can’t explain this, it was fantastics experience. And I wanna send a special thanks for Ms. Penny Papaioannou she was so professional, she texted us directly before 1 day of our state, show us the place and tell us about full service, also she helped for where we go to make sure we will have a good memories and that’s what was happened! We had our stay in early April and have nothing but good things to say about Stella and her family. The room was clean and we used the walk out balcony with hot tub every night. Stella made a delicious breakfast each morning enough to feed a family of 5, which included Greek specialties. Stella had great suggestions for things to do in the area, places to eat, and would even help us book activities or transportation. Although not too many shops or restaurants were open for the season yet, we had an amazing experience really sharing space with the locals being able to truly experience Santorini’s culture. Although not in the main towns of Oia or Fira these places were a quick cab ride away. We highly suggest staying here if you’re looking for a beachy stay with local food options.
