It is set 1 km from Museum of the Macedonian Struggle and offers free WiFi plus a lift. The property is 700 metres from Aristotelous Square, and within less than 1 km of the city centre.

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay in Thessaloniki. Bright, modern, and very clean, with comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. The location is excellent – close to restaurants, cafés, and the center. We especially appreciated the small touches like coffee capsules and bottled water upon arrival. The host was very kind and attentive, giving us useful tips about the city and checking in to make sure everything was fine. We felt welcome and at home from the first moment. Definitely a place we would return to!

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Very clean, good location and fantastic suites. Breakfast was great and Eleni and Nikos were phenomenal. The customer service from them was exceptional and allowed us to be very comfortable and enjoy our visit. We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect. The property was clean and very modern. Always had hot water. The host was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for her. I have stayed in Perea 4 times now and this is now my favourite place to stay
