Hot water was available 24 hours a day. Everything is new and clean. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is the perfect size. The air conditioner is new, but the space is insulated, so you can do without it if you don't like it. The kitchen is nicely equipped. It looks even more beautiful in person. If you need anything, the host will provide it. He helped us a lot because it was our first time in Kalamata with advice on where to park and what to see. Given that we have stayed in more than 20 accommodations in Greece, this one is the best we have ever had.

( about 25 min walk with luggage) The owner held my luggage for me for a few hours after I checked out then he left work early to help me retrieve the luggage.

The host, Vangelis, was super helpful and nice, we had requested a crib for the baby and he brought us a high chair, as well - very thoughtful! Even though we were on the 3rd floor, it is worth it. The apartment has everything you need and the views from the balcony are sensational. The bed was very comfy and the food for our breakfasts was more than enough and good quality. The apartment was terrific to relax in after a day of sight seeing. Being greeted with a nice bottle of wine when we arrived was a nice bonus.
