Situated on a green-covered hill, Hotel Vasilis Nafplio offers self-catered rooms with balcony overlooking the town of Nafplio and Argolikos bay. Free Wi-Fi is available. We liked everything. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was elevated with a wonderful view of the sea and Palmidi castle. A lovely stroll to the old town. Convenient walks to the local community markets and old port. Room was large with self contained kitchen and big balcony. I highly recommend

The room has a view on the Palamidi Castle and it's very close to the city center. Can't get any better than this!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Nikos, the host, was friendly, attentive, informative and always available if we needed anything. The location is amazing: up near the castle overlooking the rest of the town. Great views and very peaceful, but still just a very short walk to the town center on one side and the beach on the other. Really an ideal spot. The place seems quite new and has been designed as a nice mix of modern and antique. Rooms were spotless and the beds incredibly comfortable. Nikos brought an amazing breakfast every morning: yoghurt, fresh fruit, cheese and spinach pies, bread, jams and juice, which we ate on the patio overlooking the town and harbour.
