Thank you very much for an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is located in a truly unique spot – slightly hidden and not directly accessible by car, which adds to its charm. You reach it via a narrow path that winds through gardens and trees, ensuring complete peace and quiet. The distance from the main road is enough to keep any noise away, yet the beach and the nearest tavernas are just a few steps away. The very kind host welcomed us with thoughtful gifts and showed us a convenient spot where we could park the car. The apartment is compact but very well equipped, including a fully functional kitchen. As a coffee lover, I really appreciated the choice between a capsule and drip coffee machine – a great touch! The minimalist balcony with a table was perfect for enjoying meals with a view of the Kerkis mountain range. There's also a beautiful garden with lemon trees and additional seating areas. We highly recommend this place! We were truly captivated by the island – its charming hidden spots and, above all, the warm and welcoming attitude of the locals towards tourists. We sincerely hope it retains its authentic character and doesn't become overly commercialized.

Excellent views along the coast from the room balcony, super sweet host, dedicated parking spots, and a few minutes drive from Karlovasi. Nice swimming from the beach that is just below the property and quite a few fish to check out by snorkeling. Quick internet serviced by SpaceX Starlink. Our studio room had two twin beds in the living area and a double/queen bed in the bedroom. The living area had a small kitchen with a small fridge, hot plate, pots, pans, dishes, drip coffee maker, and water heater. Enjoyable stay and would happily stay again!

To me it looks like Studio Loukia is the best place to stay in Kokkari. Just a bit outside the centre, quiet and yet very close to everything. The terras is the most amazing relaxation place.

If you are traveling to the island of Samos in Greece and would like to stay near a very nice beach, I highly recommend Villa Maria in Kampos, on the south/southwest coast of the island. All of the ten rooms have a balcony or a terrace with room for a table and at least two chairs and all of the rooms have a view to the beach. The rooms have a sink, refrigerator, and a stovetop/oven combination unit. There are dishes and cooking utensils available. Although there are many restaurants available in Kampos, there are mini-marts and supermarkets nearby and it is possible for you to prepare meals in your room. Maria and Manolis are excellent hosts. You will be greeted warmly and if you need anything, they will do their best for you. Villa Maria is not located directly on the main road but is separated from it by a well-maintained swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrellas…and the family’s large vegetable garden. Spending time at the beach while you are in Kampos is wonderfully relaxing. To get to the beach from Villa Maria, you walk down the driveway, cross the street, and you are there. When you get to the beach and choose a sunbed under the reed umbrellas, Giannis and the crew at the Island Bar will make you feel welcome and will fill your orders for refreshments promptly. Manolis and Maria also have a rental car company called A.R.M.A. that has new and well-maintained vehicles https://armarentacar.gr/en/home-page/ We hope you will enjoy your time at Villa Maria as much as we have in our two visits there. Offering studios with a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea or garden, Zorbas Hotel is in the centre of Pythagoreio Town. It is located less than 500 metres from three different beaches. Fantastic hosts, the whole family runs the business and they are super-polite, helpful and adorable. Very clean rooms with exceptional view.
