Everything was level top - from staff, villa itself and walking distance to Oia center. It’s is very comfortable and rooms are beautifully designed with natural materials like wood and stone. It looks like new and it’s very well maintained. Breakfast, pool area, rooms - great quality. Happy we decided to stay in the villa, as we had there amazing time. Staff and the owner Irini were so nice. Thank you and recommend to all!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We were treated like royalty from the very beginning. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely the place to go. The rooms were spotless and smelled amazing. Just be aware that the main attractions are about a 15-minute drive away – but we knew that before coming, so it wasn't an issue. It was also my brother’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel reached out to me in the morning to arrange a surprise. That thoughtful gesture became the most memorable part of our vacation. Huge thanks to the hotel and all the staff – we truly appreciate everything!

The location is within 5-7 minutes from the best beach on the island and there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Stella, the host, was super kind and helpful, having our room ready before check in time and was always available for questions or recommendations. Providing free WiFi throughout the property, the aparthotel is soundproof and features a hot tub. First of all, I would like to mention that Rafeil helped us a lot in every way and he is very friendly. I would like to thank him again. The facility is very reasonable in terms of location and price. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area. This villa is allergy-free and non-smoking. Eleni was wonderful, best host ever! She manages the business with a lot of passion and dedication and doesn’t hesitate to help you with a lot of informations and tips! Every morning she greets you with a big smile at the breakfast! Also the location is very good being halfway between Fira and the beaches. The local bus station that will bring you quickly in both directions is very close. Very nice restaurant and gyros places are also in walking distance and the prices are definitely lower than in the more turistic places.
