The best place where to stay in Santorini. Irini and Angie are so welcoming as the other people of the staff, they make you feel part of a family. Rooms are very clean, cleaned so well every day, you have a small kitchen to cook if you want and the view of the sunset is amazing from the pool. The pool is the cleanest, everything is so comfy. Breakfast is so big, with typical greek food but also continental, varies every day. The position is perfect: only 15 Minutes walking from the center of Oia, bus stop to Fira is very near.

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. Wonderful staff and facilities. Couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. We loved this accommodation and would highly recommend it. Easy access by bus from here to all parts of the Island.

The overall experience was excellent! The rooms and jacuzzi are great and the small touches such as toothbrushes, sewing kits, bottled water, etc. were much appreciated. Our host Denisa was very accommodating and helpful while we were in Santorini. It's easily accessible to other areas of the island and close to the airport and port. We would definitely stay here again.

The host family were great especially the boys who came down to take us to the rooms late in the night. They even helped us to find a parking. It’s a clean new traditional Greek style apartment in a great location right on Kamari beach, with breakfast that was enjoyed by the family. Nice pool as well.

It's absolutely top to have a personal jacuzzi or a pool on these hot days. Cave like rooms are not too hot, we rarely needed to use AC. It's a very quiet district but still there are restaurants within walking distance and you are like in the center of the island, so everything is easily reachable with a car.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, cozy and private. The location is within 5-7 minutes from the best beach on the island and there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Stella, the host, was super kind and helpful, having our room ready before check in time and was always available for questions or recommendations. Beautifully spacious and clean you could almost forget to visit the island as part of your holiday. I stayed with my 2 girls & within 2.4secs on day 1 they were pool obsessed 🤣. The villas are constructed in way that offers superb privacy. The staff that come daily for breakfast/housekeeping are absolutely lovely changing /cleaning whatever you wish with the lady at reception 🛎️ an absolute support in navigating breakfast changes and recommendations along with Dimitris. Don’t even hesitate on your decision to stay here it’s the perfect 🤩 spot of peace outside a very busy Oia but also not to far from beaches🏖️ , town, shopping and of course Oia🤍 be careful you don’t fall asleep in the jacuzzi 😂🤣 it’s easily done being so warm & comfortable 🤗.
