I had seen the pictures and read the reviews before visiting the suites, but the experience exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. There were two balconies—one with a pool view and one with a view of the landscape. Everything was spotless. The owners were kind and hospitable.

Communication with the staff is exceptional. They messaged us before we arrived to inform us that our room is ready before the check in time. They very friendly and kind to help with the luggage that was to heavy to bring upstairs to our room. The room is spacious and exactly as you see in the pictures. Cleaning staff is friendly, happy and served with the big smile on their faces. Towels changed every day and sheets every four days. Floors wiped every day. Bathroom clean and tidy. Kitchenette has everything you wish for a nice vacation eating in if you are on a special diet. The big supermarket with stocked up shelves is located right behind the property and that’s a big plus. Anything you might need is just minutes away. Quiet neighborhood is a great place to sleep in or go to bed early. The beach is a walking distance and the promenade also. Overall, spot on!

First time we went to Halkidiki and definitely we will come again! Agapaki studios is very modern and comfortable place to stay. Everything is new, we have found anything we needed. Communication with the hosts was very easy and productive. Mariam from reception was very kind and helpful. She can speak in few languages so people can easily communicate with her and get any help they may need. I highly recommend Agapaki Studios to anyone who prefers to live in modern, comfortable and clean house, just like me). Beautiful beaches around, bakery, kiosk is very close to the building. 10 minutes of walk to the taverns and town center. Always ample space for parking as well. In one word - hopefully we will find any available apartments next time we'll have holiday because with such a high level of cleanliness and comfort, everything will be booked I'm afraid. The apartment is so nice, modern and clean, location is good, close to beach and center, but in the quiet area. The owner Maria is a very friendly and nice person, she helped us and brought pomegranates from your garden ☺️

Very quiet and relaxing place with big garden and beautiful nature around. Nearest beach is 7 min walk and with a car you can get to many beaches on Sitonia. Thanks a lot to Gerakina and her family for warm welcome! The rooms have all you may need inside like tableware and kitchen staff, and is very clean.
