Everything was excellent, very comfortable, very clean, new, well thought out, well maintained and we were looked after from the first minute to the last. The block of apartments stands in its own grounds only 3 mins walk down to the beach and tavernas and supermarkets are then a few more mins walk from the beach - it was perfect for us as a family of four with two children. As there are only 10 apartments and everyone has different routines the pool is never too busy and there is always a surplus of sun beds. It's that sort of thing which made for a relaxing holiday for us as there was no jostling with other guests for anything and the level of service from everyone who works there was highly professional and immediate whenever called upon. Taxi from the airport is only 10 mins, and then you can catch the bus or take a small ferry to reach other parts of Skiathos, all about 3 euros and kids under 10 for free. It all made for a memorable holiday and we will certainly return. Many thanks to Yannis and Dimitry and everyone else. And a terrific breakfast too!

The location is excellent — close to the city center, both the new and old ports, and within walking distance of the bus station for the beaches and supermarkets. The room is the right size for two people, and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchenette includes the basic utensils needed to prepare your own breakfast (no frying pan or microwave). There’s also a nearby coffee shop that sells amazing spinach pies — a perfect addition to your morning meal. Air-conditioning is available, though we didn’t need to use it. Each unit has a terrace with chairs and a table (all are on the ground floor), ideal if you enjoy watching — and being watched by — people passing by (we didn't use it either).

The host, Natasa, was great contributing to having a perfect stay in Skiathos. The apartment had everything we needed. Homemade cake and jam, bottle of wine provided (plus fruits, coffee, milk, juice, water, bread, butter). Perfect location close to everything (beach, restaurants/cafes, shops, port, bus stop).

Quiet place with its own green garden. Center of Skhiatos is 5-10 min by foot.

Very clean and new property, rooms were cleaned everyday. The hosts were extremely friendly and communicative. They answer fast to any request. They arranged pick up and drop off to the airport for free. Also our room had a cute terace with view on the garden.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Olympia, the owner. Without her personal support and care, our vacation would not have been so wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive — daily room cleaning and constant attention to our needs made our stay completely carefree. We truly relaxed, as every little detail that could have taken our time was already thoughtfully handled by the team. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A special thank you to Mrs. Olympia and all the staff for welcoming us as if we were close friends and for making sure we felt comfortable throughout our time in Skiathos. We wholeheartedly recommend this amazing hotel to everyone, and we will definitely come back again — more than once!

This place is a piece of paradise! In the forest with a glimpse of the sea, really quieter and peaceful :) The manager is super kind and helpful, one morning she gave us cookies, the other grapes from her garden. We were impressed that they clean the room and change the towels every day! It’s also close to all the beautiful beaches. Hope we could come back again!

Very clean and spacious. The hosts were great and very helpful with everything. The terrace was a miracle to sit in after the day at the beach.

This is a lovely, family-run property where you can truly feel the care and hospitality. Christos, the host, and his wife Vaso were fantastic — very friendly, always pleasant, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location is ideal: right on the main road in Agia Paraskevi, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The area itself is very nice, with great tavernas, several supermarkets, and a bus stop nearby — making it easy to explore the entire island. It’s also perfectly positioned if you plan to visit other beaches. The apartments are spotless — cleaned every day, airy, bright, and very comfortable. Towels and sheets were changed every other day. The bed is large and very comfy. All linens and towels were brand new, and the kitchen and bathroom equipment were modern and in excellent condition. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We had an amazing time and would 100% recommend Golden Evelyn to anyone visiting Skiathos. We will definitely return!
