It was very comfortable layout with fresh bedding and linnet everyday. Exceptionally clean with rich and fresh breakfast everyday arriving at the door step. It will certainly be our choice to stay at this accommodation again!

Everything, the hosts Dimitris and his wife made our short stay in Syros the best experience possible. The room was very nice and comfortable, had everything we needed with amazing views. Dimitris collected us from the port and took us back 2 days later. Everything he recommended to us was marvellous. We felt like VIPs whilst here and I would highly recommend people to stay here if visiting Syros.

At the guest house, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. On arrival we were greeted by the owner, who was very welcoming. The studio is spacious and has everything you need for a stay, and is 3 minutes walk from the beautiful Kini beach. The highlight is definitely the terrace.

We had our coffee on the terrace and the stunning ocean is just in front. We enjoyed a lot the time there. Very close to the beach. Our host Leonardo and his family were so sweet. They also provided ingredients for a simple breakfast every day. They helped a lot with arranging taxis, extra towels etc.

Dias Studios is set on the seafront in Azolimnos, a few steps from Azolimnos Beach and 6.2 km from Saint Nicholas Church. Featuring sea and mountain views, this apartment also features free WiFi. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Location was amazing! You had firstly and foremost, the beach 1 minute walk away. There are taverns, bars and a mini market all at your doorstep. The room was comfortable. They cleaned it daily. You had the option to cook in the room. The owners were friendly and permitted us to check in 4 hours earlier, since we arrived in the morning, and to leave 1.5 hours later than check out!!
