This place is just magical. The host really made us feel most welcome in her space. The whole area is just gorgeous, like stepping into a fairy tale, waking up to those views, and the sound of nature was out of this world. The host left us fresh scones, jam, coffee, milk and tea. Everything was sparkling clean. It's really close to the city, but you still get all the advantages of being out in nature. The hosts were really understanding as well, when my little brother accidentally knocked over one of their lamps. If you are looking for an amazing place to relax and unwind, this is it!

The lodge offers all kinds of facilities and felt very safe. There was coffee, tee and milk available and the ambiance was extremely relaxing.

This holiday home provides free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 24 km from Mount Juliet Golf Club. The location was ideal as a stop over on our road trip, there are lots of nice villages around and Kilkenny/ Waterford are near and the copper coast. The host Donal is lovely and came round to greet us. The log house was well equipped for what we needed and it was very comfortable.
