It is very well equipped and there was even a supply of basics (oil, pasta, etc) that I assume had been left behind by other renters. There were a couple of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The hosts messaged us with directions and instructions and they seemed very friendly. Fully equipped kitchen. We had a great night at the cottage and were able to see the northern lights. The drive to the cottage is scenic. We would definitely come back!

The location was great, close to the church and the beach. The appartment was cosy, well eguiped and our stay was perfect. The massage chair was a good idea.

Truly beautiful location right at the entrance to Snæfellsnes National Park. The view of the ocean allowed for watching seals and sea birds as well as beautiful sunsets. Really can’t explain the location, it’s incredible!

Amazing place and a beautiful town, view is exceptional with the sunset on one side and a glacier on the opposite, quiet neighbourhood, an amazing terrace! The apartment is one single ambient and I liked that, but not the best option for other type of traveler’s I guess, the kitchen has the basics. There is a nice telescope.

Located 6 km from Stykkishólmur, Helgafell provides a garden and free WiFi. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. Everything! the host was communicative and so accommodating, allowing us to check in early with the bad weather conditions.

Sodulsholt Cottages offer self-catering cottages in Sodulsholt and views of the surrounding landscape. Free WiFi is available. Beautiful cabin in a great location to access Snaefellsnes peninsula’s sites. Cabin was clean, comfortable and well equipped.
