Quirky and eclectic, clean and comfortable. The owners were warm and friendly and very helpful and the bookshop downstairs was just magical. Flateyri itself is such a beautiful little town.

Maybe the best private house we stayed in Iceland! Wooden, warm and cosy with a hot tub outside! Very clean and comfortable! We stayed (one couple) for one night only and we wished that we stayed more! Extra bonus: the Northern Lights appeared while we were taking our bath in the hot tub outside!! Many thanks for the whole experience! Should be one of the first options to stay in Iceland!

Các phòng ở guest house được trang bị máy pha cà phê. simple but completely clean studio apartment with plenty of space for two people. It was warm and had a kitchen that was perfectly adequate to cook a meal. The bathroom was modern with a generously sized shower. There were two bathrobes as well as towels. It was quiet and with parking right outside. The house is up the hill from the harbour and it was a bit cold (snow everywhere) to walk to the hot pools on the shore so we took the car, but I would estimate a 10 min walk in summer.

The owner of the property greeted us upon arrival and introduced the facilities. He kindly allowed us to wash our car dirty from muddy roads which was very much appreciated.

We were afraid it was to small for 4 pax... I think it is perfect for 2 but for one night even for 4 it was really cool.
