The whole complex was just amazing! Perfect for family holiday. The houseboat is so cosy, it is also kept very clean.Staff were very friendly and professional. Food was delicious and big choice. Pool and playground was also great. I think we are coming back next year! 😊

AC in every room, balcony, clean, just few minutes from the center and the beach, breakfast amazing. Personal very nice. Have almost nothing to complaint about. The only thing - the coffee machine in our room made the worst coffee I have ever drank. But there is a little coffee place just around the corner so we enjoyed our coffee there. That was for sure not something that would made the trip worse. Maybe just the only thing to upgrade for the future. Already booked the hotel for next vacay.

The most important is how well thought of the whole apartment and the building where apartment was located. Everything is brand new with latest technology implemented including electric window coverings that block the sun that you can close by pushing a button inside your room. Great beds and living room, big bathroom and high ceilings. We were on the first floor in a 2 bedroom + 1 living room apartment so we also had a private yard which was very spacious and decorated with greenery. The location is very good including reserved parking under the shad of the roof. On the roof there is a small jacuzzi type of tub, lounge chairs and shower with a beautiful view of yachts parked across the road. But what makes it even more special is the hospitality of owners that you feel right away from the beginning until we checked-out! Amazing place!

Kya Venice and Beach house apartment was fantastic and the location was perfect just 10 minutes walk to the port where you take a direct ferry to St. Mark's Square in Venice, in the apartment you will find everything you need two rooms with kitchen bathroom and balcony facing the pool where the water was very satisfactory, at the pool there are sun loungers that are marked and reserved, Mr. Marco was very nice and easy to communicate with via Booking.com and responds quickly, I can highly recommend this apartment as you also have a 10 minute walk to the nice beach facing the sea, at the apartment you will find parking on a grassy slope that is free for guests. Ở Old Town Caorle, gần Nhà thờ Madonna dell'Angelo Sanctuary, Villa AMARE có sân hiên, Wi-Fi miễn phí và máy giặt. The location was right in the centre of Caorle, the apartment of very high standard with all comodities. The host very friendly and available to assist any info or extra needs. The place was very clean and comfortable. Would reccomend.
