Everything is brand new with latest technology implemented including electric window coverings that block the sun that you can close by pushing a button inside your room. Great beds and living room, big bathroom and high ceilings. We were on the first floor in a 2 bedroom + 1 living room apartment so we also had a private yard which was very spacious and decorated with greenery. The location is very good including reserved parking under the shad of the roof. On the roof there is a small jacuzzi type of tub, lounge chairs and shower with a beautiful view of yachts parked across the road. But what makes it even more special is the hospitality of owners that you feel right away from the beginning until we checked-out! Amazing place!

Had all the utilities we needed. The washing machine is a great hit. Perfectly clean. Everything is brand new Location: cannot be better. 3min from the beach and right on the pedestrian street (from 8pm onwards). But very quiet at night. 10min to city centre. Many restaurants and shops just outside Check in and check out at hotel maxim was quick and easy

The location was right in the centre of Caorle, the apartment of very high standard with all comodities. The host very friendly and available to assist any info or extra needs. The place was very clean and comfortable. Would reccomend.
