Very nice and friendly contact with Martina, access to the parking slot and building was super good, as Martina gave me detailed infos how to reach and enter the property. Easy self check-in. The apartment is very nice, you can see that the owner cares a lot, we even had a small basket with some toys for the kids, coffe tabs, some snacks & water. For us it was a perfect short stay in Livorno before catching the ferry to Corse!

Exceptionally , newly designed, spacious, modern, highly secure apartment in fantastic location overlooking a canal of the ‘New Venice’ . High ceilings and opening of ‘European’ shutters for fresh air and view was a highligt. The host actually greeted us at the door on arrival!! He was swift and thorough with communication on any issue. They responded immediately. Friendly but not intrusive. Fresh coffee , 6 large bottles of mineral water and an excellent bottle of Italian Red wine greeted us. Bed is romantically unique and excellently comfortable.
