Great apartment in a nice vila, about 20 min by walk from city center. The idea with one access code to enter to garden, vila and apartment is perfect, you don't need any key, just remember the code. We really enjoyed the stay there, I can fully recommend. We also use the private parking place in the garden.

Offering free Wi-Fi and views of Parma's Cathedral, Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is located in the pedestrian area of town, in the medieval square next to the Baptistery. Friendly staff, excellent location and a comfortable room; what more could one need. We only stayed one night in beautiful Parma and we would most certainly stay at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati again. We loved it. Also, the option to leave our luggage after we checked out was wonderful.

Lots of attention to detail - it was a delight to return to our room and see little candles alight on the breakfast tables when you passed the dining room at night.

Francesca was an amazing host, she greeted me on arrival and I was helped to carry my luggage upstairs, she is an amazing host and kindly let me stay until after check-out time until it was time for my train, plus offered me the bicycle rental free of charge to explore the city during my short stay. The room was very comfortable and clean, tastefully decorated, and a nice bottle of prosecco was also there upon arrival. They have a lovely little booklet giving you an idea of the places to visit. The hotel is just a few steps away from the piazza with the Duomo di Modena. Easy 8-10 minute walk from the train station. Would definitely recommend

Pictures doesn't do it justice at all. Set in the beautiful surroundings, in a little village surrounded buy woods, with a spectacular view, but not even 10 km from the highway. The Owner Lucia met us to give us the keys and show us the parking spot and explain everything. She is the one of the sweetest, most generous people I have ever met. Not only does she have the most beautiful home she shares it with an open heart. The cottage is set in a small garden with sitting area front and back and balcony on the first floor. Everything is a house is super clean arranged to perfection. You have three bedrooms (one for kids) and two bathrooms, with large kitchen/sitting room with an open fire place for the winter. I can honestly say I hope I will be back one day to enjoy it for longer then one night.
