The bed was comfortable, overall one of the nicest places we stayed during our Italy trip. The location is also perfect, close to the train, water and main shopping/restaurants.

Host David was very helpful he even give me his Vitamin C tablets when i got fever & the pharmacy was closed on 1st Jan, Location of the Property is very central in Bellagio, 2 Mins walk to Ferry,s station, 5 Mins walk to Buses , over all it was great experience, some of the good restaurants & bars are just behind the Building, Room was very spacious & clean , bathroom was very clean and spacious,

From the moment we booked the place to the moment we left she made sure we have everything we need and helped us have the best time around Como Lago. I would recommend the location. The small town (Argegno) is a perfect little place with all you imagin when you think of a small town in Italy with charming piazza small restaurants and café and an open market a few times a week. I would love to go back here. The apartment is located in the small alleyways of Argegno. It is perfect for 4/5 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The small kitchen is lovely, and Carla makes sure you have coffee and some food all the time. Don't hesitate and book the place. Thank you Carla for everything

Some units include a terrace and/or a balcony with city or quiet street views. The units will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. Location is perfect. Very central in Menaggio but not noisy at all. I stayed in apartment 1, a one bedroom apartment which was more spacious than I expected. Everything worked properly and was very clean. Kitchen had a Nespresso machine and 4 capsules ready for use. Fridge had a 1.5 litre bottle of water and a bottle of white wine. There was also a Bialetti coffee maker and everything else you might need for a week or two stay. WiFi was excellent and easy to connect (by scanning a QR code) and there was a smart TV which was able to connect to YouTube, Netflix and Prime. There were even umbrellas in the common hallway for guests to use on rainy days. The staff were very responsive and friendly. Serena was the person I met and she was very helpful and had very good English. I had a small plumbing problem on the first day of my stay and it was sorted out later that same day when I was out and about. Also, Serena arranged getting a taxi for me in the last day of my stay at short notice. All in all, one of, if not the best places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended.

The location is stunning, house was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished and the beds were so comfortable. The house and kitchen are very well equipped. There was food and drink for us. This is the best experience of customer care we have ever had. I would certainly return as it felt like home from home. Even their daughter Elena was helpful and friendly. This property should score 11😂😍👍🇮🇹
