Some units include a terrace and/or a balcony with garden or inner courtyard views. At the apartment complex, every unit has bed linen and towels. Frederica and Gabrielle received me very well. I got from / to the airport with my luggage by bus without a problem and Frederica's tips helped it to be a very smooth trip. The bus station is a block away from the house and it is very doable even with luggage. The place is great with a nice balcony and a garden. There is a nice typical italian restaurant and a supermarket a minute away. I really liked the location close to the airport and with easy access by public transportation, that i had a place to sit outside and work and the communication with the host. I sometimes make long flight stops in Rome and would definetly stay there again.

A flat-screen TV is available. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. The appartment was very clean and priceworthy. Even though it was situated close to the AirPort, there was no disturbing noice inside. We had a good nights sleep before early flight. Our children loved the breakfast snacks. The owner also helped us arrange a taxi/transfer to the AirPort. Perfect over-night stay!

The 2 bedroom apt was a little small for our family of 4, there is no couch and a large table in the kitchen. We loved it anyway. It's very nicely decorated and newly remodeled. We enjoyed the foods left for breakfast. Beautiful shared terraces with great ocean views! Host is very responsive and brought more pillows when we asked. This is not on the beach side of Gaeta but the walk is nice, about 15 minutes. It is a great location to restaurants, hiking, and walks along the coastal path.

The recently renovated holiday home comes with 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, a an outdoor dining area and a flat-screen TV. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The facilities were spotless. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and everything felt well-maintained and welcoming, we felt right at home. It is only two blocks from the beach and is very easy to get to by public transport from the airport. Monica (the owner) was incredibly kind from the moment we arrived. She speaks Spanish, which made communication even easier for us. She helped us book our transportation to the airport, which made our stopover in Fiumicino easier. She also gave us some of her special cake ♥️ I loved it and now I need her recipe! We only stayed one night, but we truly wish we had stayed longer. It left us with such a good impression that we would love to come back someday - it really felt like a home away from home.

A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some chocolates or cookies. The accommodation is non-smoking. We loved every single thing about this apartment. First of all the staff was amazing, so kind, so nice. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures on booking. It was super clean, and the air con was also already on as it was so warm outside. She provided a cot for our little one as well. She made us two cakes ( which were delicious), there was juice, milk and water in the fridge. I loved the place so much, would definitely recommend it to everyone going around Rome. 100 out of 100, truly happy.

The property has an outdoor dining area. the apartment was so clean, even when we arrived so late at the evening we could get the key very easily and found coffee, milk and some snacks , the owner of the unit was so friendly. if i ask for help she would not hesitate to help us , she answered our messages very quickly.
