Kitchen was clean and stocked with basics (coffee, water, sugar etc.) Lovely clean bathroom and an extremely spacious bedroom. Great wifi and two TVs! Lots of space for bags, washing machine and ironing board. Secured parking was available on the premises which was great as we were driving around the country.

The facilities were spotless. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and everything felt well-maintained and welcoming, we felt right at home. It is only two blocks from the beach and is very easy to get to by public transport from the airport. Monica (the owner) was incredibly kind from the moment we arrived. She speaks Spanish, which made communication even easier for us. She helped us book our transportation to the airport, which made our stopover in Fiumicino easier. She also gave us some of her special cake ♥️ I loved it and now I need her recipe! We only stayed one night, but we truly wish we had stayed longer. It left us with such a good impression that we would love to come back someday - it really felt like a home away from home.

Samantha was just great, understanding (we come whole hour after initial plan, and checking-in time), and helpfull. location is great for exploring Castel Gandolfo and Lago Albano but to be close enough from center of the Rome. Much much much more for less, is the best description of this listing
