Spacey room, (most important for me, with a balcony) very clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast and very good location close to all most famous attractions. Everything in walk distance. VERY ORGANISED AS THERE IS EVEYRYTHING YOU WILL NEED EITHER IN THE APARTMENT OR IN THE BASEMENT/LAUNDRY ROOM WHERE THERE IS ALSO SPACE TO LEAVE YOUR BAGS EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE CHECKED OUT OR YOUR ROOM IS NOT READY YET!NICE NEIGHNORHOOD AND NEAR MANY ATTRACTIONS EVEN BY FEET! ALSO THERE IS AN EXTRA DOOR TO ENTER THE BUILDING WITH A CODE THAT OLNY RESIDENTS KNOW SO YOU FEEL VERY SAFE AND SECURE WE WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK

We loved this apartment, it was so spacious, cute and convenient, just around the corner from the Pantheon. I had many croissants from the famous croissant store nearby. It was also very easily accessible by walking and bus to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again.

Todis convenience store right next to the building allowed us to prepare meals to our taste when we want a steer from local foods. The room is of decent size for our family of four. It is situated 1.1 km from Roma Trastevere Train Station and features a shared kitchen. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Nice, clean and modern room in a shared apartment with everything necessary for the stay. It is situated in a typical Italian residential neighbourhood with decent bus connections to the city centre. On top of that, the communication with Patrizia was excellent, she made sure to give all the info necessary for the stay and went the extra mile to accommodate special requests, all while being incredibly friendly and uncomplicated. Would definitely recommend and come back.

This accommodation was great - not sure what I expected, but it was definitely a lovely surprise! I took the metro from the Termini station to San Giovanni and walked from there. All very easy thanks to excellent instructions sent by the lovely staff on WhatsApp. Both the San Giovanni and Manzoni metro stations are around 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. The metro is easy to use and will take you to Spagna in less than 10 minutes. The room was modern and spacious with hanging space, a fridge (which contained a treat), and a small desk. The bathroom was also a good size and the shower was great.
