HOTIDAY Apartment Collection - La Spezia is situated in La Spezia, within 28 km of Carrara Convention Center and 34 km of Mare Monti Shopping centre. This 3-star hotel offers luggage storage space and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 800 metres from Castello San Giorgio. It was centrally located. We had plenty of space., it was clean and they provided a very nice breakfast in the morning with good cappuccino. Also, it’s right next-door or across the street from a Catholic Church so we attended mass on Sunday, which was nice although we did not understand Italian .

Each unit comes with a sofa, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a well-fitted kitchen with a dining area, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a hair dryer. A microwave, a fridge and kitchenware are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, each unit includes bed linen and towels. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. La Casa di Pepe well exceeded our expectations. It is a clean, bright and spacious apartment with wonderful high ceilings, tastefully furnished and decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent - next to a bus stop, with a supermarket, greengrocers and cafe in the same building with another greengrocers and a bakery just across the street. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. And the host Simona was absolutely amazing - friendly, helpful and accommodating. She was there to greet us when we arrived and was happy to be contacted throughout our stay - she gave us valuable advice how to reach the local attractions and where to eat, even booked a restaurant for us. I can't praise her high enough!

Absolutely delicious full breakfast spread with a beautiful view overlooking Sestri Levante. Simone was such a kind and welcoming host, and helped me navigate to my next stop in Italy.

Very clean, freshly renovated spacious apartment in a nice house. Close to the beach and literary at the entrance to the Lungomare Europa which is gorgeous. The bedding, sheets, towels, mattress, all was very clean and comfortable, sofa-bed as well. The town is cute and vibrant. There is an option for parking but we easily found a free street parking spot next to the house.
