I was there for 2 days for work but wish I would have stayed more. When I arrived the lady/owner was there waiting. I arrived before check in time. I speak a little Italian and learning it as I go, so I had a conversation with her and she is very pleasant, unlike some other places I visited that were more business oriented. The house is smack in the middle of nature. The surrounding fields were well taken care of, mown and not overgrown. The little roof at the entrance you see in the pictures is a relaxing terrace with a comfortable sitting area. There is individual heating and air conditioning in the room I stayed. Breakfast was way above and beyond any other breakfast I had on my 45 days long trip. WiFi was excellent (saying that we were 2 single guests and a family of 4 people at the time staying there). Everything was very clean and the overall atmosphere very relaxing. You NEED a car to get there, and I mention this because, in my opinion, it would be less likely for a partying crowd to get there. I would highly recommend this place.

The house it was new and well maintained with excellent view of the lake.The Owner and other staff one of them his son was welcoming and even the owner he left us a crate full of logs (wood)everyday cos it was snow outside .I love this play magical view in scanno and i will definitly go again. Casa Ponte Raddi ligger ca. 44 km fra Roccaraso - Rivisondoli. Her er udsigt til en have og en have. Overnatningsstedet har aircondition og ligger 10 km fra San Vincenzo al Volturno. The accommodation was spacious.and quite comfortable for a couple, but with four of us and the only real seating being the sofa bed in the lounge area which was being used as the second bedroom, I would recommend getting some more comfortable seating for extra guests as seating was limited. The coffee machine was great, but a kettle and toaster would help as well. Our host was very helpful and even went out of his way to supply us with a bottle opener plus a lovely bottle of homemade wine which was much appreciated.

The place is freshly renovated, beautifully and comfortably decorated, and located in a peaceful and pleasant area. The host was extremely friendly, approachable, and flexible. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and even arranged a discount for us at a local restaurant for dinner. I warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-organized stay!
