We had a short but very pleasant stay in the apartment. It is well equipped with everything needed for the stay. The apartment is spacious and easy to get into. Excellent on-site care. Hotel is clean and well-maintained. It has a great atmosphere. We spent our two-week stay exploring northeastern Italy and taking trips to the beach. Hotel is conveniently located. It's a 10-minute drive to the highway and the same to the train station in Portogruaro, where direct trains depart to all major Italian cities like fe. Venice, Padua, Vicenza, and Verona. Road to the beach in Caorle takes 30 min. An 8 min drive away, there is a large shopping center on the outskirts of Portogruaro. The hotel is situated in a charming area, full of nature and tranquility. The nights are quiet, and it's wonderful to sleep with the windows open. We could highly recommend it.

He was amazing so polite and so professional and very very kind. He had thought of everything! Everything you needed was there. It is so spacious and really clean. I normally wipe over everything before I touch things, but I didn't have to. We would definitely go back.

The room was extremely spacious, and so was the bathroom, both decorated and furnished with style and elegance. Plenty of natural light through the large windows that can be totally shut out during the night. During the day the light curtains ensure privacy. The view, on an inner court with large trees, is unusually pleasant for Pordenone and there was no noise from traffic. The bed was confortable, with quality linen, the kitchenette very handy and equipped with all the necessities (fridge, coffee machine with capsules and coffee cream pods provided, herbal and black teas, some pots, plates and induction hobs, plus biscuits and yogurts). In the bathroom there is soap and shower gel, hairdrier and quality towels. A steam iron is available inside the wardrobe and wi-fi is included in the price and reliable. It is a studio rather than just a bedroom, with a small balcony and situated on the 4th floor with a lift. Very clean! 15min walk to the train station and moments from coffee shops, patisseries and even a supermarket (PAM). The location is absolutely brilliant. I will be back!
