The gift in the form of a bottle of wine was also very nice. We only regret that we stayed only 1 night, we would definitely be able to stay here longer.

Alice was very helpful, showed us the apartment and how everything worked in the apartment, gave us an orientation. She answered all questions, had emergency numbers available if needed. She was, kind and wonderful, very personable, and spoke English too, since my Italian is limited. The room has everything you would need it is quiet, walking distance to the duomo San Matteo, wish I could stay longer. Check out was very easy, as is checking in.

We arrived earlier than planned and were kindly allowed to leave our bags before the check-in time – that was very convenient! The apartment was clean, tidy, and well equipped for a short stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee, tea, and cold water in the fridge – such a thoughtful detail that we really appreciated.
