The rooms are not very big but very practical and clean and the staff is extremly nice and helpful. All kind of amenities from convenience stores to restaurants are within à couple minutes from the hotel. We 100% recommend this address!

Room facilities spacious and clean. Didn’t really see reception staff as not based on ground floor but no issues for them to deal with as all was perfect.

Appreciated the overall cleanliness and the availability of washing and drying facilities directly in the room itself. Super nice staff and location in Asakusa is fantastic. It feels like you are disconnected from the world when you want it to be (in a quiet-esque area) and at the same time are connected to Tokyo due to the close proximity to Minowa Station.
