We had a great stay at Tokyo (2 parents + 6yo, 4yo and a 4mo baby). Staff was kind and very helpful whenever we needed something. There is a Family Mart close by where I got us breakfast everyday, and the microwave in the room fits the Avent sterilizator. The baby bed was of good quality (not just a camping crib).

It was a fantastic stay. Everything in the premier Japanese room was very well maintained. Absolutely loved the spacious living room - we can open 3 big luggages concurrently without any issue in walking around. The bedroom was cosy with firm bed and a big tv. Our girl was delighted to have the Japanese bedroom for 5 nights and couldn’t bear to leave at the end of our stay 🤭 The sharp washer cum dryer was a life saver for mummy who dreaded to wash the piles of clothes after each holiday.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was not feeling well and had to see a doctor. The staff helped to find and recommended a clinic with a doctor who spoke English.

Situated 1.5 km from Sensoji Temple, MIMARU Tokyo Ueno North provides free WiFi in all areas. The accommodation features a hot tub. The units have a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge. The staff is excellent Room is very nice and comfortable

Great location and easy to access. Check in was straight forward which we really appreciated after a long flight. Everything was well organized from the instructions to the actual apartment. It’s a 5 min walk to the train station and you have several options for food within walking distance. The owner was quick to respond and available if we needed him. I would stay here again!

Place was sparkling clean, cozy and everything was thought through and had small pleasant details. We had everything you would need even to disposable tooth brush. It was very easy check in and right next to the metro station. Host was very responsive, wish we had stayed longer. Excellent place to stay.

Property was very clean and well maintained, room was small but cosy and comfortable. WiFi worked well and fast. The only missing thing was a broom or a small floor brush, so that we could clean the floor for ourselves as we stayed multiple nights. We overall loved the place and amenities provided.
