The Kerama Backpackers is really clean , kitchen, common room and bathrooms. The owner is a really nice person and as well his relatives, they provide a shuttle service to take you to the beautiful beaches of the island, where you can do many activities, it only takes less than 10 mins . I was emotional leaving this place, the owners are incredible, the location was great, close to 2 supermarkets. The owner, Mr.Morino, is an incredible person, as is his family! I loved visiting this place it's a 10/10 for sure. 100% cleaning 100% kitchen 100% location Beach transportation 100% I really, really want to thank these wonderful people for this stay! ❤️

Super friendly staff. We could both make an early check-in and late check-out allowing us to stay as much as possible at the beach. We enjoyed the beach and the snorkeling. We saw sea turtles, a large variety of fish and beautiful corals. The kitchen accommodated our request for vegetarian food in addition the buffet.

Good place to start exploring the island or to jump to other islands. Simple furnishing but with a well-equipped kitchen. Nice landlord who drives you to the beaches.

Staff were really accommodating. The kitchen knew in advance we were vegetarian and made up a special menu just for us! They also helped to arrange whale watching, snorkelling and bussed us around the island. One member of staff took us on a bonus trip up to the highest point of the island as we were running early for our ferry back to Naha. They were fantastic!

Room was comfortable, clean, room had a fridge simple, breakfast was great,- miso, fresh&tender sashimi. Public place as kitchen was well equipped micro, kettle, toast maker. Guesthouse offer great tours as well

I like the Kitchen as I'm able to fry egg and toast pan for breakfast and the common room where there is Television where I got myself lazy there for almost 2 days 🙂 👍.I love that I was able to wash clothes w their washing machine at no fee. Other guests are friendly I met new friends.

Super nice team! You can take part in water activities as SUP, snorkeling organize by them. Common kitchen and showers avaiable after check-out time. Perfect localization

great price for the location only hostel that is located on the island. it is on the other side of the island to where the beaches are but the owner offers a shuttle service in the morning at about 845am and back at 4pm to go to the beach though I was diving both days and the dive companies pick you up from the hostel. great full kitchen to use and access to all cooking facilities. stored my bag in the marine shop before my ferry in the afternoon to aka island. would come back and stay again.
