LOTS of restaurants nearby. Very clean room, and modern looking. I absolutely loved the bathroom which featured both a shower and a bath. Very cool for our 2 year old. Breakfast was delicious and featured a mix of Japanese and western style food. Staff was amazing and very helpful and spoke excellent English. One of the most pleasant hotels I’ve ever been too! Would come again !!

The location very convenient, only 2 mins walk to CBD , department store and shopping street . the size of the hotel right for people who love quiet place as well as new. the room is super tidy and clean. the staffs has excellent communications and very helpful . The most things that I love this place is they provide washing machine in the room and can dry our clothes in the bath room which take only 3 hrs.

The hotel room is very spacious and comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is its staff members. My son lost his cellphone when we visited Kiyomizu-dera. Since we don’t know where exactly we lost the phone and also the language barrier, we didn’t go back to try to find it. After explaining this to the hotel front desk. A staff member (so sorry that I didn’t catch her name) took immediate action. She help us call the temple and the nearest police station and finally found the phone while we almost gave up. My son was so happy since there are so many photos he took during trip. We are so appreciative of her kindness and impress by her ability to effectively solve problems on the spot. Nằm tại vị trí thuận tiện ở Minami Ward, Kyoto, GLANZ KEI Kyoto Station nằm cách TKP Garden City Kyoto 13 phút đi bộ, Chùa Sanjusangen-do 2.6 km và Đền Tofuku-ji 3 km. Very spacious accommodations! Beds were huge and lots of space to spread out after a long day of activities. We were able to get good nights rest and no outside street noise issues. Room handbook explained all you needed to know about the navigating room. Very helpful! Location was great. Close to Kyoto Station, mall right next door where there was a grocery store, big food court, and shopping for any essentials. Staff on hand at all times and was very friendly. Felt right at home there. We had luggage service and they placed in our room before we even arrived. Nice! Also assisted with luggage service after checkout. Highly recommended and would stay there again!
