Fantastic to be able to sit on the balcony and eat your breakfast with a great view before going out to explore. The house is great. Small but very well organised and arranged. The beds are good. Nice bathroom. Free parking. Nice supermarked right next door. All was perfect.

The house is very special and made us feel like in the movies about Samurais:) It's a great experience to stay in such unique place. The house is spacious, spotless and very well equipped. Host Yancy is very nice and welcoming. I really recommend to buy green tea from his plantation as it's delicious and fragrant!! We were offered eggs from his hens and tried lemons which is the nicest I've ever had. The views were breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. The whole area is magical, just wish we could stay longer:( Will definitely come back if revisit Japan. Please bare in mind that it's a narrow and twisted drive up, so consider renting small car if you planning to drive in Shikoku mountains.

Everyone was so nice and I felt like at home right away. It was very clean and comfortable. The common space is also great for hanging out and I had a fun night with the staff and other guests. Unfortunately I only stayed for one night, but I'll definitely come again and stay much longer!

Comfortable bed. Fantastic shower with a view. Fantastic deck overlooking the water and trees. Lovely to have our own space.

This is a private run hostel in a private property, run by a family. The members of this family are the nicest, not only did they pick me up at the trainsation on arrive l, but on the day of departure, they drove me all the way to Kochi and not to the closest trainstation 😯. さんいんどう là chỗ nghỉ có tiện nghi BBQ tọa lạc ở Shimanto, cách Ichijo Shrine 7.9 km, Shimanto Historical Museum 8.2 km và Tamematsu Park 8.6 km. Absolutely everything and would not hesitate to stay here again. Do yourself a favour, if you're driving, book this place. It may be 15min from Shimanto but it's worth the drive.
