This 3-star aparthotel offers a lift and full-day security. The aparthotel has family rooms. We had the Japanese King Suite with futons. Both, the bed and futons were comfortable. The room was spacious, had a very nice bathroom with separate toilet and the cleanliness was exceptional. Very quiet also. There was a coin operated washing machine and dryer as well that was very handy. The location was nice, authentic Japanese neighbourhood with walking distance to the main shopping street.

The room was very spacious for couple, we had 2 big luggages which can both be opened without blocking any paths. The whole place was clean and new. Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here next time. Location was good too, close to the center and Kyoto station. It’s walking distance to GOJO station, which can take you to some popular spots, but still need to transit if you’re planning to go further.

The room is thoughtfully designed with everything you need for both short and longer stays. The kitchen is well equipped. Heating works well. There's a washing machine - there's no dryer but the bathroom has a dehumidifying clothes drying setting that dries your clothes in a few hours. Better than a dryer as it doesn't shrink your sweaters! The staff is lovely. The building is a short easy walk to the train station. Great value for money. We'd definitely stay again.
