The hotel room is very spacious and comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is its staff members. My son lost his cellphone when we visited Kiyomizu-dera. Since we don’t know where exactly we lost the phone and also the language barrier, we didn’t go back to try to find it. After explaining this to the hotel front desk. A staff member (so sorry that I didn’t catch her name) took immediate action. She help us call the temple and the nearest police station and finally found the phone while we almost gave up. My son was so happy since there are so many photos he took during trip. We are so appreciative of her kindness and impress by her ability to effectively solve problems on the spot. Hotel rightly next to metro station and easy access to Kyoto city centre. Quite neighbourhood. Numerous restaurants and amenities around. Spacious room which is good for family and allow cooking is point added. The baby cot provided by the hotel is fabulous. We enjoy our stay here and definitely will choose the same place if return to Kyoto.
