The little notes and labels throughout the flat were very helpful and very adorable. The kitchen was well outfitted, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom and laundry area very nice. The only negative is that the place is so nice that you may not want to go out sightseeing, but rather stay in theively apartment.

It was very homely and comfortable. We appreciated the attentiveness and quick responses to messages and enquiries. The beds were comfortable and the whole place very warm. The facilities suited our needs perfectly. Close to the station, good and sightseeing. It was a quiet location and we had plenty of space. Would recommend.

They were incredibly friendly and even offered us rides to nearby places. Taiyo, one of the staff members, was especially accommodating and genuinely kind!

Hakuba Train Station is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. It was close to the train and bus station, the apartment was spacious and very clean. It was lovely to experience traditional Japanese bedroom. They also had a western style bedroom as well. Bathroom was spacious and great water pressure. Kitchen well stocked with cups, mugs, plates etc. Our hosts were amazing, they booked our dinners that we picked out and helped us out with info about the town, and where to get our ski equipment . Plus much more!! The food recommendations were amazing. Wonderful place to stay, very very helpful hosts, lovely back area to play in the snow. Close to a lot of ski resorts. We will definitely come back to stay here. Thanks again for everything, we appreciate it!!
