Twenty minutes walk from Ueno Station and Ueno Park and Zoo (pandas!). About the same distance to the underground. We also walked to the Skytree. I would recommend this apartment hotel and would happily stay there again.

Worth the money and close to Sensoji Temple market and Halal Kebab with family mart just below and station for Ginza line close by that links transports to other attractions.
