From the moment we arrived, the hotel had a welcoming feeling. We could leave our bags in the room before check in . Staff were friendly and helpful, messaging to say we could check in early. Close to subway, family mart and coffee shop. Plenty of choice for eateries, and an easy walk to Shinjuku shopping and entertainment. The room was a great size for 3 grown ups and had everything at hand. And it was quiet. I will stay here again if ever in Tokyo.

But even better is the quality of the facilities and the room itself. Bunk beds which the kids loved and comfortable linen and pillows for all. A small table and seats make it easy to have meals in the room. We didn't cook anything in the room, but very much possible to do so. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Helped us ship our luggage to Kyoto, even filling the form for us.
