Vacuum and cleaning materials were also provided by the owner, as well as utensils and instructions how to operate the toilet, lighting, heater, stove, washing machine and the dryer in the bathroom. It's seriously the COMPLETE PACKAGE! We had a very comfortable stay considering Tokyo was rainy during our stay - umbrellas are free to use downstairs too! We really loved the place and we hope we can stay there again next time! Thank you Flower Terrace Hotel! <3

The room was exactly as described and looked like the pictures Great tub and water pressure for shower. The in house washers and dryers were great as well - they have auto added soap and normally I can't do those because of smell sensitivity but this soap was unscented and didn't bother me.

This hotel was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Location was fantastic, especially for access to Kappabashi St for knives and kitchen wares. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable beds, lovely shower and bath, very clean and we had an excellent view of Skytree from our window. Staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful to us a number of times over our 5 night stay. It was great to have a kitchenette to cook some meals as all our other accommodation hasn't had this so we've eaten out a lot. It also had a washing machine/dryer which was excellent to put in a couple of loads over the 5 days rather than wasting time at a laundromat.

Situated 1.5 km from Sensoji Temple, MIMARU Tokyo Ueno North provides free WiFi in all areas. The accommodation features a hot tub. The units have a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge. Beautiful clean room, and easy to access location. The staff were so friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Tadakuni has been the perfect person to welcome us. Room is clean and large, typical but not too much for Europeans so perfect. Attention to details is real here ! We loved it.
