Guests can take in the views of the river from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. This apartment is non-smoking and soundproof. The owner is a wonderful and very kind lady and the food was amazing. This was one of our best stays sure a 3 week trip through Japan. We only stayed one night but would stay longer next time. Would definitely recommend!

The place is absolutely stunning, situated on top of a mountain and perched on a hilltop. The cabin is really clean, super spacious, and filled with traditional Japanese elements and furniture. The best part of it all is the host; he's incredibly kind and friendly, especially if you can speak Japanese. He's such a nice guy, going the extra mile by picking me up from the station, driving me to the Nachisan trail, and seeing me off. I wasn't sure if I should have offered him some payment for all the driving he did, and I felt a bit guilty for not asking. I'm really enjoyed my time here and I'm excited of coming back again, definitely a solid 10/10 experience.

Best for solo travellers and couples. Walking distance to the delicious ramen (Maruta-ya Ramen) which was recommended by the owner. Family mart is beside and bus stops are near. There's also free bicycle, I used it to go to Wakayama Castle.. Just 5minutes I guess. She even let me leave my baggage in the hostel after I checked out since I was still going around Wakayama city. Very very understanding and kind.

Really awesome with all traditional decorations. Very comforatble and impressive. The host is nice and explain how to use the device in the house. He opens a BBQ chicken restaurant nearby, you need to go there to get the key. Food in restaurant is also awesome! Really relaxing place. But becareful when you arrive after 6pm as the part of the way to the house is really dark without street light. Better prepare torch.
