It is a small boutique hotel with very personal service. The breakfasts are amazing. Rooms are comfy, clean and quiet. It feels like a little bit of heaven in Nairobi. The hotel is very safe and everyone is very helpful. I always get them to pick me up at the airport on my arrival and I often hire their car and driver for a day of sightseeing etc. I highly recommend. The dinners are very good, but I do like to go out and try other restaurants when I am in town. The indoor and outdoor pools are lovely, but I rarely use them. I spend my days out in Nairobi seeing the sights or visiting with friends.
