This place is beyond beautiful, it was everything we dreamt off and so much more. The villas are stunning, so thoughtfully laid out. Breakfast all day is so amazing. The restaurant is great, the spa is excellent and best of all, the staff are incredible. Special mention to Seam and Mr Sreng who made our trip so unbelievably special. Seam was amazing, from our greeting at the airport right to saying goodbye, he was so friendly and helpful. We felt like VIPs. Seam organised a 2 day tour for us to visit the temples. Mr Sreng drove us and was an incredible tour guide. We loved our time with Mr Sreng. We spent our honeymoon at Waka and wished we'd stayed for 2 more weeks, it was out of this world. We will be back ♥

Great location, quiet street and big room including kitchen and private outdoor bathtub in the balcony. One dollar tuctuc to city center. Staff was very welcoming.

The Hotel is very good ,staff is very helpful. Breakfasts are wonderful. The pool on the roof was excellent. We asked if we can stay 6 hours after check out and the staff said yes without any additional charges. There was a free Tuk-tuk to the city each day. Hotel felt very welcoming. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

It's more of a private Airbnb than a hotel feeling. We had our own little kitchen, dining table and balcony. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. And it feels very safe. The people running it are super nice. I honestly think this place is worth much more than the price they're asking for. I would especially recommend it to couples, families or friends. If you're travelling alone and like some quiet and peace then it's great for you too. If you're looking to be more social, maybe not. The place is a few streets outside of the center which in my opinion is perfect. You can take a passapp for a bit more than a dollar or have a nice stroll into town. You're already reaching the first restaurants etc in a few minutes walk. And there's a small local market just opposite of the place so you don't have to go far. If we ever need a hotel in Siem Reap again or have friends visiting, we will 100% book this place. Good luck to the owners for the future!

I really enjoyed my stay at the bungalow. It was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The pool was amazing—definitely one of the highlights! The staff were also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at Canopy Family Villa! The apartment really felt like home for the two weeks we were there which was great, especially as we were travelling with our two kids. So nice to be able to prepare some meals ourselves, do laundry, have plenty of space and be in a convenient location. The owner was lovely and very helpful. The apartment looks stylish and was very comfortable.
