Staying at Sweet Home Tourist Rest turned out to be one of the best decisions we made on our trip to Sri Lanka. It’s rare to find a place that offers both great value and a truly personal touch , but this one does exactly that. Instead of just a room, we had an entire private apartment, including a comfortable living room, which gave us so much space to relax. It was quiet, clean, and located in a peaceful part of town, making it easy to rest and recharge between our adventures. And considering the price, it felt like an absolute steal. What really made this stay unforgettable were the authentic experiences arranged by the hosts. Nilukshan helped us explore some of Sri Lanka’s most iconic sites with thoughtfully organized tours, the Wilpattu safari was stunning, and our visits to Anuradhapura and Mihintale gave us a deep appreciation for the country’s culture and history. Everything was well-timed, smooth, and stress-free. We also had the chance to join a Sri Lankan cooking class with Malsha, which ended up being one of our favorite memories. The class was fun, hands-on, and filled with flavor, we left not just with full stomachs, but with recipes and techniques we can take home with us. If you’re looking for more than just a place to sleep, if you want comfort, authenticity, and connection this is the place. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Amazing place, walking distance to the Anuradhapura Town…We stayed for two days and had an incredibly comfortable experience. The cleanliness was absolutely 10 out of 10 – everything was spotless. The beds and all the amenities were of the highest standard, providing a truly relaxing stay. The staff were very professional, helpful, and respectful throughout. We felt completely at ease, with a sense of freedom that made it feel just like home. Highly recommended!

We are a family of five and had a perfect stay at Kulassa Homes! It's spacious, clean and comfortable. And the best part are the owners! They did everything they could to make our stay the best possible. Even though we arrived quite late they prepared us a very good dinner, arranged a safari for the next day and made sure we meet our driver in the early morning. We felt very welcomed. Big recommendation for this place!

The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! A big thank you to the staff at Mandara Holiday Home for arranging the amazing city tour and Wilpattu Safari. Both were unforgettable experiences, and we really appreciated how well everything was organized. Thanks again for making our stay so memorable!

Even if it was a short stop, only one night, we were hosts like members of the family, with a welcoming juice made by our hosts that they are always available for everything you need. The apartment is comfy and clean, and the traditional sri lankian breakfast is simply yummy!! Thanks a lot for everything. Absolutely wonderful property in Anuradhapura. Clean and modern and a lovely spot to relax by the plunge pool. Also had a washing machine available to use which was a massive bonus! Very yummy Sri Lankan breakfasts each morning and we also had dinner one night there which was equally delicious! De Silva also provided great recommendations for tour guides around Anuradhapura. Would 100% stay here again!
